Upon reviewing the service contract booklet that I received in the week after the purchase I had a few follow up questions which I emailed to Clifton, who I worked with on the financing and service plan. Over a month later, and countless emails and calls later I have yet to get the answers to my questions. It has been a huge pain and taken up a fair bit of time. I have since missed the window of canceling the plan before paying for the first month and I wonder if the reason for the dealership to ignore me is to just see if I will forget about the questions and keep the plan. I am frankly amazed at the lack of follow up and didn't want to have to leave a bad review, and waited over a month giving them the benefit of the doubt, but I feel that other consumers should know that once you're out the door with your car you shouldn't expect any more answers from Germain, or at least from Clifton (who, for the record was very friendly and helpful when I was working with him in person to finalize the purchase). More

How Germain Honda Service Dept. lost a valued customer Being told that I needed to replace the battery on my 2013 Honda Accord purchased at Germain Honda new only 6 days after the 3 yr. warranty had expire Being told that I needed to replace the battery on my 2013 Honda Accord purchased at Germain Honda new only 6 days after the 3 yr. warranty had expired and with only 31,800 miles on the vehicle. This was my third Honda purchased at this location and I felt I should have been given some consideration as a VALUED customer. Phone calls not returned as I was promised. I was told the service would take 2 hrs and it took 3 hrs. no explanation. I suggested that good will would go a long way in this particular case. Don, Korey , Brad were of little or no help. Bruce Smith, Sr. Vice Pres. of Parts, Service Technical,Export & Auto Operations who's survey I filled out asking for a return response, providing my e-mail and phone number, No word back.. Excellent service! Bought 2 cars in 2 weeks! We found the car (used Honda accord) we wanted online and Kristen helped us with that purchase. What impressed us was that she was more interested in our "story". We had just moved our family from Arizona to Michigan and were using a rented vehicle to get around town. Understanding this, she was able to show us the options available to us and accommodate our quick turnaround. We were so impressed with the service we received during the first purchase that we came back and bought our 2nd car (2016 Honda Odyssey) from Kristen. as well. Glen Gottfried made sure we understood all the terms of our loans and that we were clear about all the financial obligations that we will be undertaking. Thank you, Kristen and Glen! Both of you took away some the "pain" out of moving across country by making the car buying process seamless and enjoyable! :) Love that vacuum, Kristen! More

We ended up working with Brian Waskiewicz and he was a joy to work with. He was extremely honest, upfront, and listened to our needs.
