We talked to him before we came in and he had the vehicle ready for us before we got there. We took the CR-V for a spin and by the time we got back, Evan had the numbers worked up for us. Evan made sure he got us the best price possible and made sure the transaction went smoothly. He is really down to earth and didn't pressure us at all. He was very realistic and listened to us. There was a scratch on the door that we had noticed and he made sure it would get taken care of when the vehicle went for cleaning. Stan had everything done that we needed to sign and made it very simple and quick. Evan went over all the features on the CR-V with me and helped me hook up my phone and show me how to do the voice calling. Between Evan and Stan, this was the most painless car buying experience I've had! More

Professional, as well as personable, we highly recommend this team. Also had a surprise when we had our insurance switched over to the new vehicle (upgraded to a 2016 CRV, from a 2014 CRV). Kristal Caldwell was so helping in choosing the perfect car of our needs. She offered us to test drive two different vehicles to decide which of the two was best for us. During the test drive she explained all the features of the vehicles, she paired our smart phones to the car's system, and also she explained how to used the key fob in all situations with the car. Also the sales manager was very helpful to find the best deal for us. Overall experience with Germain Honda of Ann Arbor was a five star rating, and we will continue to come back here to service our new car, and if we need to, to purchase an other car. L & A More

Attentive, precise, comprehensive. I went to Germain around the year-end holiday season, at the end of the day. Despite how busy everyone was, I was greeted within a couple of minutes. I explained to Luis I was just starting to shop for a new car and wanted to get a sense of space and size of the model I wanted to look at, and he efficiently showed me the car and let me explore as I wished. When I was finally ready to buy a car a month later, Luis responded to my queries very quickly and patiently, and guided me through all the needed paperwork. He also sent me regular updates while we waited for my car to be delivered to Germain. On the day for me to pick up my car, after giving me an overview of my new car and Germain's services, Luis carefully went over the items that I asked for in-depth details. And Joel patiently and clearly explained the available financing options. Luis and Joel gave me a comprehensive picture, and I felt confident I was making an educated decision. I also really appreciate Luis, Joel, and Roni staying late, waiting for me to get back to Germain with my credit union's cashier's order, so that I can drive my new car home that night. And thank you for following up with me post-purchase to make sure all is well! I enjoyed working with Germain's straightforward and friendly sales team, and am sure I will also have a great experience with their service team when I need to service my car. More

Finanace evades follow up questions In January I bought a used car and a service contract to go with it. Upon reviewing the service contract booklet that I received in the week after th In January I bought a used car and a service contract to go with it. Upon reviewing the service contract booklet that I received in the week after the purchase I had a few follow up questions which I emailed to Clifton, who I worked with on the financing and service plan. Over a month later, and countless emails and calls later I have yet to get the answers to my questions. It has been a huge pain and taken up a fair bit of time. I have since missed the window of canceling the plan before paying for the first month and I wonder if the reason for the dealership to ignore me is to just see if I will forget about the questions and keep the plan. I am frankly amazed at the lack of follow up and didn't want to have to leave a bad review, and waited over a month giving them the benefit of the doubt, but I feel that other consumers should know that once you're out the door with your car you shouldn't expect any more answers from Germain, or at least from Clifton (who, for the record was very friendly and helpful when I was working with him in person to finalize the purchase). More
