I never received it. Because Nick: knew immediately what needed to be done; offered me the chance to have it done on the spot; a arranged to have it done more quickly (one hour, fifteen minutes) than he had estimated(two hours); came in a bit under the price he estimated; and, remembered me and my previous Honda even though I had not been in for almost two years;,I was beyond pleased with the entire encounter.
