I've spoken to dozens of people both at Germain and Honda of America and each person I speak to refuses to help. Each individual states that they will "review" my case and get back to me, only to pass the buck to someone else and start the process over again. Looking forward to this process being over so I can start dealing with a company that cares for safety and wants to keep their customers.
