My local dealer did not have the model and color I wanted, and they acted like it would be difficult to obtain one from another dealership. So I called Germain Honda on a Thursday and spoke with Bob Kimberly. Bob said that it would be no problem to get the vehicle I wanted, located one at a nearby dealership and had it at Germain the next day. I came in the following day and learned the price I paid was lower than my local dealership! Bob made this so quick and easy I am happy to recommend Germain Honda to anyone! More

We looked at Prius and several others, but had not found anything that met most of our list of "wants". After reading the Car and Driver review of the 2017 Honda CRV, we called Germaine Honda in Ann Arbor with some preliminary questions and decided to check one out. Our salesman was Luis Downey who was pleasant, courteous and very well-informed about the car. After a test drive, when we indicated that we were seriously considering the car, he suggested we take it home for the afternoon and spend more time evaluating it. This was very helpful, particularly when it came to being sure we could get it into the garage with our other car and stuff. Negotiations about price were fairly low key and we never felt pressured about purchasing extra equipment. The dealership itself is clean and orderly and gives the sense of good management. We've had Honda's before, and found them to be good cars. This was our first experience with Germaine. The only negatives about the transaction were a rather long wait to complete the necessary paperwork and a mildly hard sell for a supplemental insurance policy. More

Great people. Great service. Great coffee while I waited. Came in for an oil change. Turns out my car had a recall for an air bag. They gave me the oil change. Replaced the air bag.
