Everyone at the Dealership goes over and above to be friendly and ensure you are well taken care of. All my questions and concerns where answered without issue. Out of my experience I do have a couple of 'complaints' that tainted my visit (and ratings) just a bit. 1 - I arrived at the Dealership to sign all the documents and pick up the car at 12 Noon the day after committing to purchase the car. None of the documents were prepared and ready. I literally sat for almost 2 hours waiting. I was told (after about an hour) the internet had gone down and they had to restart it - that took 2 hours?....Overall I was at the Dealership for almost 3 hours for something that should have taken an hour or so. 2 - My Sales person (James) told me that the car would go in for detailing the morning of my pick up day. It was obvious when I picked up the car it was NOT detailed. James told me when we got to the car that he parked it there after I signed the day before and it hadnt been moved since . While it was basically a clean car it certainly could have benefitted from a thorough cleaning inside and out ( a wash....some tire shine and an interior wipe down at a minimum) which I did the following day. While these items may seem minor they stood out in my overall experience with Germain and were important to me. With that said, I am still satisfied and would still recommend them for a car purchase. After our 2006 Odyssey was totaled in an accident, we returned to Germain Honda looking for a CRV. We have worked with Jeff Williams twice before (at 8 year intervals!) and were very pleased to work with him again. After seeing all the updates in the 2017 CRV in the showroom, we felt the 2014 models they had in stock may not be enough to take us into the next decade. Jeff told us the 2016 Accord EX had the updates we admired and they had one in stock. Loved it!! Looks like our teens will be driving my husband's 2007 Element because this "new" Accord is all mine. We are very happy to do business again with Germain Honda and Jeff Williams. The employees are friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and clearly believe in their products. Pricing is competitive and fair and their inventory is topnotch. The five stars are well deserved! More
