I needed to purchase or lease a car in a very short time frame and Evan came in on his day off to accommodate my tight schedule. He made the trade in and purchase effortless and painless. The car was for my daughter and Evan worked around her work schedule, even arranged a lunch meeting to go over the car features (and provided lunch!). The entire transaction was taken care of within hours (over a couple of days). I would highly recommend Evan to anyone interested in purchasing or leasing a vehicle. Done and done I recently went to Germain Honda of Ann Arbor to trade in my Toyota Highlander for a Honda Odyssey. That's when I met the dynamic duo, Kent Hepler and I recently went to Germain Honda of Ann Arbor to trade in my Toyota Highlander for a Honda Odyssey. That's when I met the dynamic duo, Kent Hepler and Jeff Williams. Kent warmly greeted me and provided me the info I needed to make my decision. He answered all of my questions and guided my thought process. Prices on both my trade in and new purchase were quite fair. When I went back to seal the deal, Jeff took over. He patiently explained all of my accessories, protection plans, warranties, etc. And then he went to work on what has to be the most efficient vehicle trade in I've experienced. He coordinated the paperwork and vehicle detailing within a short time so I wouldn't have to hire extra childcare. I drove out of the dealership with a beautiful brand new car.
