Second car purchase and both went fantastic! We came in on a heavy snow day where our "go to" sales guy, Evan, was off. We were very nicely helped by Bob who talked to us and got the car ready f We came in on a heavy snow day where our "go to" sales guy, Evan, was off. We were very nicely helped by Bob who talked to us and got the car ready for a drive. It was really snowy so there was much cleaning off to do to get the car ready. We ended up not driving the car very far or very fast but we were able to get a good look at it inside and out and a pretty good idea if we liked it or not. Very thankful to Bob for his help. Next day we came back and discovered the hand-off from Bob to Evan was seamless. The roads were clear so we were able to take a highway speed drive to get a feel for the car. The car ended up being great and we decided to pull the trigger to purchase (2018 Honda Accord 2.0T touring). Now this is where it's very nice... Evan had all the paperwork pretty much done. We were able to coordinate earlier in the day for financing, insurance, plates, etc... Once we decided we liked the car all we had to do was sign the papers and we were out the door. I think this might be the fastest and easiest experience I've ever had purchasing a car. Everything was great. On top of that with Evan working as the Sales and Finance guy he's able to get things done much faster. Kudos to him for going that extra mile to do both tasks. Not sure if the dual role is a Germain thing or something he personally initiated but it was much appreciated and definitely made it a better experience. Would definitely be purchasing my next vehicle from Germain and Evan. The entire transaction from start-to-finish was outstanding and you really couldn't ask for anything more. More
