We apologize as it is never our intention or acceptable for a member of our team to come across as disrespectful to any guest. Our records indicate that you brought your vehicle in and we did an oil change, recall airbag inflator, tire balance, tie rod, and a wheel alignment with tire rod replacement. After picking up your car the check engine light came on. We offered to diagnose the light for free. We found that the light was on for a 3rd gear pressure switch for the transmission, and the battery was not starting the car well and it was replaced. The light being on for the pressure switch was not related to any repairs that we did. Cody discussed these repairs with you and explained how these issues were unrelated to the initial repairs made as they now involved your battery and transmission, not your suspension. The oil change and airbag would also be unrelated areas. It is very disappointing to know that this would prevent you from doing further business with us as we have always kept the best interest of our customers at heart by providing quality sales and service experiences. We do hope you will reconsider your position and allow us the opportunity to assist you in finding the perfect vehicle to fit your needs and continue to provide you the quality Germain Honda experience you so very much deserve.
