My service representative, Nick, was not very good. I was sitting in the waiting area and he just stood in the hallway and waived me over. When we were finally at his desk, he “forgot” his password and asked sitting in the waiting area and he just stood in the hallway and waived me over. When we were finally at his desk, he “forgot” his password and asked me to step back in the waiting area for 5 minutes while he tried to reset his system - that was almost 11 am and the shop has been opened since 7am! Worst of all, he asked me to stand by the edge of his desk because he was sick last week. He didn’t wear a mask and has been talking to me for a while (I was masked the whole time). Overall, terrible custom service. I’m glad that my warranty is over and don’t have to go back. More
