New vehicle purchase Working with Jason was easy and a good experience. I’ve had 4 prior purchases of Honda Accord vehicles from this dealership when it was Howard Cooper Working with Jason was easy and a good experience. I’ve had 4 prior purchases of Honda Accord vehicles from this dealership when it was Howard Cooper Honda and my salesperson for those purchases has retired. So I had no knowledge of the type of salesperson I would be dealing with. Jason was wonderful. He was patient with my trying to decide what type of vehicle I might get. And he was thorough in showing me all the “bells and whistles” on the CR-V. Evan was say to work with as well, despite some errors with the phone number that your system pulled from my last purchase. Financing went through quickly. More

Denies waranty coverage The service department staff are very rude and uncooperative. I have visited them many times and each time they have been combative and mocked my tro The service department staff are very rude and uncooperative. I have visited them many times and each time they have been combative and mocked my troubles. I recently visited them regarding a defective wheel that was leaking air. They refused to cover it and wanted $80 just to remove the wheel and clean the corrosion off then put it back together. This would have taken them 30 minutes but they would rather deny the warranty coverage and have me drive around on unsafe wheels. Before you visit this dealership, make sure you read your warranty information as they are most focused on generating income for themselves rather than have their customers safe. Additionally for the dealership, I hope you give better training to your service reps. As they need to act more professionally when they represent your company. Having a bad attitude is not acceptable when you are working. Save the poor attitudes for when you are on your own time. More
