He was able to locate a Fit In my color of choice in an expeditious manner. Evan Carrier did an excellent job explaining and processing the car’s delivery paperwork. Tim Bolog in the parts dept. was very courteous and efficient in my purchase of new floor mats. Thanks to them for making a smooth and pleasurable car purchase experience. On a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the best, I give them all a 10 plus. More
Low pressure, comfortable. I like cars and have worked most of my working life in the auto industry but I don't like buying cars. ( I don't like parting with my hard earned money.) Germain Honda made that one of the more pleasant experiences. Jeff Williams was great. Easy going and knowledgeable about the product. Didn't try to sell us something we weren't interested in. Evan Carrier was very pleasant to work with when the financial side came around. He was honest with us and helpful in making that terrible decision to part with all that money. But that's life and you can't take the money with you so we have a beautiful new car that we needed and I hope we keep for a long time. These new cars are so amazing. It'll take some time to learn all the bells and whistles. More
I stopped in at Germain Honda one evening just to look at some cars and had a couple of questions and I met Mitch Hardcastle a bright, young and informative salesperson. I told him I didn't want to waste his time and that I was not interested in buying a car at that time. But he answered all my questions gave me good contact information for him. It was an enjoyable visit, surprising tip me. Several weeks later I called him up and he was able to put me in the exact car I wanted very quickly and easily. Jeff Williams was my sales representative; I have bought three cars from him, just a A++ representative for Honda. Over twenty some years, I have purchased five Hondas, (sister bought two Hondas also). I switched to Subaru Outback in 2018 because Subaru had the three things I needed: Made in USA, a real Key (not a key fob) and a CD PLAYER. Recently, the Outback has made my leg pain awful. Honda CRV EX has more room. I lost the CD Player and simple key, but now I must focus on less pain in my leg. I never would have purchased this CRV if it wasn't made in USA. I really am disappointed that Honda doesn't believe a CD Player is a quality option. I will have to pay for Sirius XM forever because I do not have a smart phone. The digital world is expanding and Honda has left out the senior citizen customer who loves to play CDs while driving a great car. CD Players should be part of the CRV make up. I traded in my 2015 CRV because of the Takata nightmare mess. It was a great, great car with CD Player, real key and MADE IN USA. Please bring back CD Players. Thank you More
