We were set on buying a Ford Edge and went to a few other dealerships before Germain. The name Germain with its good reputation drew us there, along with the online price of a used Ford Edge that met our sea dealerships before Germain. He was extremely low pressure, friendly, fun, and courteous. He stayed very late past closing hours to help us work towards acceptable terms and complete all necessary paperwork so that we could drive our new car home - not to mention it was supposed to be his day off! BEN was not the typical salesperson and we greatly appreciated that. For our next car we will definitely come back to Germain and definitely want to work with no one else but BEN WESTBROOK. I actually went to Germain for a used Honda Civic, when I saw the Focus. After driving it, I loved it. I told John my budget, and he made everything work out. We wanted to buy a Ford from Germain but kept getting the run around and never received any information on available inventory. After coming home from spending a year with the US Army in Baghdad, Iraq, I was in need of a vehicle. I had my eye on a 2008 Ford Fusion and from doing some extra research on the internet, specifically on in Baghdad, Iraq, I was in need of a vehicle. I had my eye on a 2008 Ford Fusion and from doing some extra research on the internet, specifically on this site (DealerRater), I saw several good reviews on Germaine Ford and specifically on Kris Rivers. Kris is a young and up-and-coming car salesperson. What I liked about Kris was his transparency and honesty with me during the sale process. He was not pushy and he did try to get me buy a car that I did not want. After working and negotiating with Kris for almost a week, I bought my Ford Fusion. Kris provided excellent customer service and is an outstanding professional. If you go to Germaine Ford, ask for Kris Rivers and expect an excellent customer experience! More

I brought my car in for an issue with my front tire axel at 6pm and their service team had it all fixed and finished by 9:30pm the same night. I was completely amazed by this and their quality of work. I appreciated all the effort and dedication of their team put in at the end of their day. I also wanted to put in a good word for Paul. He was very personable and was a great help in assisting me to properly diagnose what I was hearing with my car. I feel he really took care of me as a customer. I am really happy with the service I received and am very excited to have a car that drives smooth again. More
When I saw the Sport Trac truck of my dreams, I swooped in to purchase it from Germain. Expecting a hard sales push given I'm a woman, I was delighted by the attitude and friendliness of the associates I d in to purchase it from Germain. Expecting a hard sales push given I'm a woman, I was delighted by the attitude and friendliness of the associates I dealt with. I ended up purchasing the vehicle. I called to schedule an appointment for service, and while I initially experienced very friendly voices on the other end of the phone, my initial experience was challenging and frustrating in terms of having the truck's oil changed along with some touch-up work as part of the agreement when I purchased the truck. I struggled to find someone who could help me work through the situation given my salesperson had left the business. Thank goodness for Ralph. With pinpoint attention to detail, he personally apologized for the glitch I had experienced and personally stepped forward to take care of my issue. Upon my arrival for service, you would think I was a VIP. Dean opened my door to greet me and it felt as if they (he and Ralph) were falling all over me to step-up the customer service given my initial frustration. As I waited in their lounge with convenient access to wireless for my laptop, I noticed that the stellar customer service I was receiving was that others in the lounge waiting on their cars were receiving as well. It felt good to know that the customer service was genuine for everyone, and not just to make up for a rocky start. When they took me back to see my truck, I was shocked. There it sat...beautifully washed, waxed, and the work handled to perfection. Donny personally oversaw every detail and that truck...well, I can only say that when I got to work every guy in the parking lot was drooling...not over me, but over my Sport Trac. Thank you Germain. You've won me as a customer. Not only because you did the right thing to fix an issue I was having, but because you allowed yourself to be accountable and not make excuses. Through conversation with these three friendly gentlemen, I came to realize that they have been with the company for quite some time. Obviously, they make a tremendous team and one that was sincerely interested in providing the absolute best customer service possible. Kudos to you all. I'll be back. In fact, I've already shared my story with many friends and family, encouraging them to purchase their vehicles from Germain. At Germain, you can say "so long" to all the car salesman jokes and enjoy the refreshing feeling of being treated with respect. Then you can go back to your typical lawyer jokes ;) More
