I returned to Germain to trade in my car that I had purchased, also at Germain Ford, just the year before. He was extremely low pressure, friendly, fun, and courteous. He stayed very late past closing hours to help us work towards acceptable terms and complete all necessary paperwork so that we could drive our new car home - not to mention it was supposed to be his day off! I actually went to Germain for a used Honda Civic, when I saw the Focus. After driving it, I loved it. I told John my budget, and he made everything work out.
