A month ago I bought my F-150 at Germain from Ben Westbrook. Despite being there an hour past closing time Ben remained patient and helpful. Last year my family and i were looking for a used suv that was larger and would meet our needs better than our equinox. After.months of searching, dealing with typical car salesmen, we finally happened that was larger and would meet our needs better than our equinox. After.months of searching, dealing with typical car salesmen, we finally happened upon Germain Ford. Ryan greeted us with knowledge and experience and an unfound friendliness we have not yet. He helped us search thru our criteria and eventually we found a navigator that might meet our needs. Upon driving it and finding that it wasnt exactly what we wanted, Ryan understood and said he would keep his eye out for what we wanted. The next day, he called me to say a.trade just came in and it fit our criteria exactly. The next day from that, we drove away in our beautiful 2005 Ford Expedition! Even a year later, we still love our car! Ryan also always seems to find the time to visit when we come in for oil changes.
