Ryan was very informative and knowledgeable about our New Ford Edge. We were debating between the Edge and Acura MDX. If it wouldn't have been for Ryan we might not have purchased our Edge. I went to Germain in February 2011 in hopes of a brand new vehicle. I called first and spoke with Ryan on the phone, I immediately new I was going to enjoy working with him.
