I recently purchased a 2011 Econoline from Germain. My sales person was Lee Green. I cannot overstate his knowledge and professionalism during the transaction. I was confident that I had all of the detail sales person was Lee Green. I cannot overstate his knowledge and professionalism during the transaction. I was confident that I had all of the details needed regarding the van itself as well as the financing to make an informed decision. My husband and I have owned at least ten Fords during our 37 years of marriage and have had them all serviced at one time or another at Germain. I think our loyalty speaks volumes as to our feelings regarding our experiences with the service center. The service center has been reliable and the costs fair. I worked with Lee to find a vehicle after my focus was totaled. He not only found what I was looking for but he found something better with a better payment. Lee has been awesome to work with! He listened to our needs and searched until he found the right vehicle for us. He is always cheerful, friendly, helpful and full of information to help us make the right choices. We love working with someone like Lee who actually exhibits great customer service and you know it is "real". I needed to have my ignition switch repaired and oil change performed on my 2006 f-150 I just purchased a few months ago. So I came to the dealership to get my car serviced and they were booked. I made an appointment for a couple days later.after setting my appointmment I called my salesmen lee green to inquire about getting a lonaer. He told me no problem and gave me a name and number of a gentleman to call in the service deptartment. So I called to arrange for loaner and it didn't seem like this gentlemen was gonna get me one. I called mr. Green back and told him. He said if they couldn't get me a loaner he would take me home himself. So I arrive on day of my appointment and meet ron moon. Tell him what's going on with my truck. He ask if I just bought it and I inform him I did. He gives me oil change I needed for free. A$ 50.00 service for free because he said it should of been done before I bought truck. Also back to loaner. The service guy was unable to get me one. With out me even asking lee had already arranged to for a loaner car to be there for me and charged it to his personal credit card. I couldn't have been more shocked. Its service like that will keep me a germain customer for life. More
I don't appreciate emails telling me to leave POSITIVE feedback. I would rate my experience at the dealership decently if I had been asked to leave feedback without the word "Positive" I would give my hon feedback. Lee Green was the salesman that help me. I couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience I had with him. He helped through the buying process and when I began having problems with my car he was rig asked for a better car buying experience I had with him. He helped through the buying process and when I began having problems with my car he was right there to help me. He was truely concerned for me and not himself. I wouldn't consider seeing anyone else after this. I stongly recommend him every chance I get to anyone that will listen. Linda and I have been looking for Ranger her dad. Lee has helped us with calls and e-mails. We are looking for a Escape Hybrid. I went to this dealership knowing the exact car I wanted to order and Rex and Scott were more than fair in the price we all agreed upon. Shane found a lower interest rate for me than I was expecting.
