By far the most knowledgeable and friendly salesman I have ever worked with. The other dealers we visited made me rushed and were very rude when I did not buy a car in the first 45 minutes. We had the best Sales Rep and Finace Manager: Scott Cropper and Jason Spires! They did wonderful and I highly recommend those gentlemen to anyone! Lee was extremely helpful. He set up my cell phone for hands free incar use. Only one set of keys were available when I picked the car up. Lee Green was recommended to me from a previous customer. I was looking for a 2009 Shelby GT 500 Mustang. I contacted Lee on Monday and had the car on Thursday. He even went to Detroit to pick the car up I was looking for a 2009 Shelby GT 500 Mustang. I contacted Lee on Monday and had the car on Thursday. He even went to Detroit to pick the car up for me. The car arrived with a minor wheel blemish that was taken care of with no cost to me. I would highly recommend Lee to any other Mustang purchasers. More
Ok, we would recoommend Ryan Hauger at Germain Ford because he went along with everything we wanted him to do for us. He didn't rush us around. Ricart sometimes was a few dollars cheaper, Lee Greens word and integrity and the service he provided b Ruhl and Germain Ford because of one person. Went in for my SECOND Ford Mustang as I had purchased my first from them in 2007. The first was a car that was just something off the lot and this time I really wanted to order the car of my dreams instead of just settling. HUGE MISTAKE ON MY PART. I was promised a build and ship time of about 6-8 weeks and promised regular updates via phone and email up until the car arrived at the dealership. Now I fully understand things can happen but I was absolutely floored that the dealership took my deposit and would not provide ANY information about the whereabouts or status of said order for over 8 weeks despite repeated calls and contacts. The most I ever got was the repeated "I'll have my supervisor call ya' tomorrow man, promise!" and of course they never did. Finally, I was reduced to driving back to the dealership myself to request a refund on the deposit as I couldn't tell if they even submitted the order to Ford. Only upon arrival was sales agent (miraculously) able to tell me the car was indeed on order and due to arrive in about a week. I informed him at that time I was STILL (albeit annoyed)interested in the car and would still like for them to call me when it arrived. Order placed and deposit was taken April 1st...refund requested and received May 20th....it's mid-OCTOBER...and I'm still waiting for a call.
