Purchased a 2013 Ford Focus SE on 3/12/2013. I was looking for a car like the Honda CIvic but with a hatchback, and the Focus filled that need nicely. My salesperson, Zack Manning, was outstanding, giving me all of the information I needed in a professional manner. (Come on, Germain, how about putting Zack's picture on DealerRating?) I dealt with a number of salespeople at many dealers in looking for a new car, and Zack was the best in every way. The deal was fair and took very little time. I got a fair value for my trade-in. I could probably saved a couple of hundred dollars driving between Ford dealers, but the professional and friendly attitude at Germain locked up the deal. I would also like to thank CJ for going over every aspect of the car with me. With the complicated electronics in new cars, every dealer should have someone like CJ to go over ALL of the details. He did a better job of explaining things than the poorly written Ford Manual. More

I recently purchased a 2010 Ford F150 Lariat and posted a comment about Shane and Zach. Three days after that purchase I returned (Monday 11 March) to the service department to have my keyless entry and a k comment about Shane and Zach. Three days after that purchase I returned (Monday 11 March) to the service department to have my keyless entry and a key fob reset/programmed. I was greeted by Jeff Hoover upon entering the service area. Within just a couple minutes my truck was taken to have the work completed. I don’t believe I was in the dealership more than 30 minutes and my service was complete. While waiting that short time Jeff and I began talking as he too is a Ford truck owner. We discussed everything from frequency of oil changes, tire rotations, and replacement tires that we each favored on our trucks. Though Jeff had work to complete he still continued to talk with me while doing so. This is the service everyone desires but do not always receive. Thanks Jeff! More
