My experience with Germain Ford and everyone we dealt with was nothing less than amazing. I started out by doing an online chat with Tasha whom I thoroughly enjoyed chatting with. Kris was very personable and seemed to genuinely enjoy his job. He took his time to answer all of the questions we had in regards to purchasing my new (to me) vehicle. I went in there knowing exactly which vehicle I wanted and he did not try to talk me into something I didn’t want. We brought our 9 year old son with us and he treated him like he knew him all of his life. It was hard to keep him calm during the whole process but Kris helped keep him occupied and talked to him a lot. The financing portion was a piece of cake too! The gentleman in finance was very easy to work with and once the paperwork was done he got us out of there fairly quickly. I would HIGHLY recommend going to Germain to purchase a vehicle to anyone! I can't remember the finance gentlemens name but he should also be thanked for doing a great job. When we went to Germain Ford last month we were desperate. We had bought a 2003 Ford Crown Vic from another company closer to home the year before and the car turned out to be a real money pit. Zack turned out to be a lifesaver because not only did he give us a great trade-in value for the Vic he also gave us a sweet deal on a 2005 Ford Taurus wagon. We truly appreciate Zack's help, but more importantly, we appreciate him putting customer service over commission. Because of Zack, Germain Ford will be our first stop for car shopping. More
