I recently purchased a 2010 Ford F150 Lariat and posted a comment about Shane and Zach. Three days after that purchase I returned (Monday 11 March) to the service department to have my keyless entry and a k comment about Shane and Zach. Three days after that purchase I returned (Monday 11 March) to the service department to have my keyless entry and a key fob reset/programmed. I was greeted by Jeff Hoover upon entering the service area. Within just a couple minutes my truck was taken to have the work completed. I don’t believe I was in the dealership more than 30 minutes and my service was complete. While waiting that short time Jeff and I began talking as he too is a Ford truck owner. We discussed everything from frequency of oil changes, tire rotations, and replacement tires that we each favored on our trucks. Though Jeff had work to complete he still continued to talk with me while doing so. This is the service everyone desires but do not always receive. Thanks Jeff! More

I have visited this dealership 5 times in the last 5 years and have not purchased a vehicle until today. On my previous visits for some reason I just couldnt come to an agreement over a vehicle. I work just down the street and decided to give it one more try. The experience I had today was 180 degrees from my previous visits. I was greeted by Zack Manning immediately and this was one of the best experiences I have "EVER" had at any dealership. I explained what I wanted with both my trade in and purchase. We test drove the vehicle I researched on line and I loved it. What a clean vehicle. After the test drive Zach took my information and introduced me to Shane Kitts. Another fantastic experience. You see I didnt have to repeat anything because Zach had covered every piece of information I gave him with Shane. Within minutes we agreed upon a deal. This was clearly a no hassle, no stress environment that every car buyer wishes for. As I was preparing to depart in my 2010 F150 Lariat I asked for additional business cards from both Zach and Shane to give to my co-workers. If you ever want great customer service when purchasing a pre-owned vehicle you "MUST" stop by Germaine Ford and ask for Zach Manning and Shane Kitts. Oh, and just so you know, it took less than 10 minutes to review and sign "all" of the paperwork. Great experience.....Thanks Zach and Shane. More
My husband and I experienced electrical problems with our Ford Ranger while driving from Toronto to Florida. Prior to arriving at the dealership, we had resigned ourselves to the possibility of a one or two day delay in our trip while waiting for an appointment with the dealer, servicing, etc. Dean Mosier and Jim Scott treated us like royalty. They were able to look into the truck's problem almost immediately, even though we literally showed up at the dealership unannounced and without an appointment. Within two hours, Jim had identified and fixed the problem. Then he took the time to explain what had caused the problem and even wrote out a detailed report that we could take back to our dealership in Canada. Both of these gentlemen went out of their way to make sure that our trip was delayed as little as possible. We were so impressed with their professional and caring attitude. Further, every one that we met in the service department was friendly and quite sympathetic of the plight of two cold Canadian seniors just trying to get to the warmth of a Florida winter. Both my husband and I would highly recommend servicing of Ford products by this dedicated team. More

He was very straightforward about Ford's inability to be competitive on price. Ryan's approach was very effective and worked with his management to present an acceptable deal even though it ended up still costing more than the Silverado. The best part is that the entire process took less than an hour. I would recommend Ryan to anyone looking for a vehicle. More
