Tasha and Ralph attempted to talk care of me, but I made the mistake of going to look at a vehicle on a Tuesday night after work. This apparently is not the time to buy a car here. I heard customers being yelled at, I saw people waiting around, and even though I had my title in my pocket, I was a "Buyer". Just a disappointing experience. There are far too many dealerships out there to waste your time here. They are a large dealership so the feeling you get waking in is that the customer is expendable. I am looking for a used truck, but I am not desperate, I would rather wait than deal with them again. I could write more, but I have wasted enough time with this dealership. If you are reading this, look at another dealership, you will get better treatment and a better deal. More

First time ever at this dealership. Was in the market for several different cars, but mainly looking for a 2011-2013 Chevy Camaro. Zack greeted me when I first entered the dealership building on a Thurs. 10/17 and answered all my questions (even on a Chevy!). I am in sales myself, so his no pressure sales approach was very much appreciated. While I did not take a test drive the 1st day I saw the car, he followed up with me to ensure that I was coming on the day that I committed to coming for a test drive. (Saturday 10/19). When I arrived back to the dealership, Zack had the car ready for a test drive for my wife and I. Again, he answered our questions before and after and we discussed different financing options. Once I decided to buy the car, he helped fill out the paperwork for the financing then while the paperwork was send to the credit manager, he had the car prepped, etc. Had a GREAT experience all the way around with Zack and the credit manager that processed my paperwork. Scott was outstanding in getting me exactly what I wanted when I bought the car and has always been available to answer questions after the sale. Lori was one of the first service folks I ever spoke to at when I bought the car and has always been available to answer questions after the sale. Lori was one of the first service folks I ever spoke to at Germain and went out of her way to make sure I was satisfied. Dean has always made sure that I am completely satisfied with the service I am getting no matter what it takes even if that means getting a discount on my next service. Rod has always been willing to dig into the details on my account to make sure my records are straight. For example, he mades sure my missing service records were corrected by adding them to my records himself. More
