Great service! I walked in without an appointment with a tire that needed replacing. It was worse than I thought. I'm reviewing now because of an article in Fox 2 Detroit about air bag recalls for Ford. August '24. I had a 2008 Mustang that was recalled for air bags. I was aware of it the first time. I have heard that about air bag recalls for Ford. August '24. I had a 2008 Mustang that was recalled for air bags. I was aware of it the first time. I have heard that just before that recall that dealership has changed hands. I went to get it fixed three times at a dealership that I went to for oil changes regularly with no incident, Gernaim Ford Sawmill road Columbus Ohio. Each time I mentioned getting an appointment the woman cashing me out said she hadn't heard about the recall and nothing further was offered. Ford sent me letters, emails, and phone calls about the recall. It had been 3 years. They were basically hounding me, but I couldn't get anyone to do it. I went to another Ford dealership and was refused again, but can't remember which. I had given up. I picked up one of the calls and told someone what had happened. She seemed very concerned and told me that she would pass along the info. Finally I found someone to fix the air bags. I don't blame Ford for this mess, because they did all they could to get me to fix the problem, but I will not ever go to or recommend Germain Ford in Columbus, Ohio again. More
