Scott was outstanding in getting me exactly what I wanted when I bought the car and has always been available to answer questions after the sale. Lori was one of the first service folks I ever spoke to at when I bought the car and has always been available to answer questions after the sale. Lori was one of the first service folks I ever spoke to at Germain and went out of her way to make sure I was satisfied. Dean has always made sure that I am completely satisfied with the service I am getting no matter what it takes even if that means getting a discount on my next service. Rod has always been willing to dig into the details on my account to make sure my records are straight. For example, he mades sure my missing service records were corrected by adding them to my records himself. More

I was greeted promptly when I arrived. Lori was very understanding and friendly; she answered all of my questions and sent my concerns to the service people. There was a miscommunication about the number of free oil changes that I was supposed to receive. I was only supposed to receive one, but they gave me the number of oil changes that I thought that I was supp changes that I was supposed to receive. The service was fast. Micheal was very nice and joked a lot in a good way. They also went out of their way to wash my car when they did not need to. Always a good experience when I bring my car in. I have visited this Service Department Twice in the past 60 Days for different reasons, not related. In both instances, one scheduled, and one a drop in for routine service, the staff at this department ma 60 Days for different reasons, not related. In both instances, one scheduled, and one a drop in for routine service, the staff at this department made me feel that I was the only customer in the place. Customer relations were impeccable, and service was completed quickly, professionally and thoroughly. I can only say that if service was the only consideration for doing business with Germain Ford, your sales staff should be singing their praises to every customer in the show room. They rank with the best in the country, but I can say that of all the Germain Dealerships and Service Departments my family has done business with in the past in the Columbus area. More
