I have visited this Service Department Twice in the past 60 Days for different reasons, not related. Customer relations were impeccable, and service was completed quickly, professionally and thoroughly. I can only say that if service was the only consideration for doing business with Germain Ford, your sales staff should be singing their praises to every customer in the show room. They rank with the best in the country, but I can say that of all the Germain Dealerships and Service Departments my family has done business with in the past in the Columbus area. More

I was looking for a new vehicle and went to Germain Ford on Sawmill on the advice of my sister and brother-in-law.
