Being on a very tight budget, I was concerned about my ability to financially afford a new car. Chris was extremely respectful of my budget and helped me figure out what features I could have while staying within my price range. He then very quickly completed his research and found the exact car I was looking for in a matter of days! I was a bit frazzled from all of the excitement of signing for my first lease, so when Chris walked me through how to use its features, it went in one ear and out the other. He was more than willing to meet with me multiple times to help me figure out how to sync my phone and figure out how to use all of the other great things the car can do. After one year into my lease, I would say my biggest regret was not getting a remote car starter. When I mentioned this to him, he again went out of his way to help me find a way to get a remote starter that I was able to afford. He has consistently been helpful throughout the first year of my lease and I am extremely gratefull to have had Chris as my dealer. He goes above and beyond to assist me at any time, and is extremely reliable. I feel confident that not only did I make the right choice in a car, but have a great sales employee who I can depend on to assist me even through the next lease I get. Being a young female buying a car by herself you could image the anxiety I was feeling and how over whelming the whole process was. Chris made everything so much easier. I told him the exact Escape I wanted, he found it at another dealership and had the car brought to Germain within two days. By the end of the week I had the car I wanted at the price I wanted.
