Now the car is doing great and I could't be happier with the customer service provided by Gary Haskins, as he went above and beyond to ensure that this car was a good fit for my family and following up to have our car serviced to remedy the check engine issue. Jerry was great! I searched for several months to purchase a vehicle. Not having the best credit or a bank account for more than three months all my quotes had very hi I searched for several months to purchase a vehicle. Not having the best credit or a bank account for more than three months all my quotes had very high down payments and monthly payments. I thought my best luck would be going to a buy here pay here, or a dealer that was geared towards people in my financial situation. I was feeling defeated. I work right by Germain Ford in Dublin, so I stopped in on a Tuesday. Met with Jerry Votaw, he went sat with me for a few minutes, took my info and I was off, figuring one more try...well an hour later Jerry called me with a bank that would work with me, reasonable payments and by the next Monday I was in my new (used) Ford Focus. I love it. He went out of his way, calling from his cell when he wasn't in the office to keep me updated etc. I am very happy to be back on the road, as well as knowing Ford has my back if I have any troubles. Values a quick sale over customer safety Very disappointed that I purchased a brand new Ford Focus Titanium last week and was given every possible sales pitch on add-on custom mats, navigatio Very disappointed that I purchased a brand new Ford Focus Titanium last week and was given every possible sales pitch on add-on custom mats, navigation systems, auto insurance, etc, but in the spirit of making a quick sale and clearing their lot of the excess 2014 Ford Focuses no one mentioned that the car had summer tires making it completely unsafe to drive in the winter. Unfortunately, I found out the hard way in the middle of rush hour traffic this morning that my tires had no traction and I was sliding uncontrollably on the snow covered roads. This might be something you would expect from a luxury sports car but not from a Focus off the lot. Now I'm stuck with a brand new car that is parked while it awaits winter tires. This is the second car I've purchased from Germain and there will not be a third. More

Not only am I spending a lot of money but I have to deal with the high pressure car salesman...not the case with Ben. He did an excellent job of calming my anxieties and explaining my options. I am at a complete loss when it comes to cars and Ben did an excellent job of combing over the features and how they would benefit me. He spent his time with me going over what was important to me and what I needed out of the car. I really felt like he had my best interest at heart, I wasn't another sale or number to him. If any of my friends mention needing a vehicle I would most definitely recommend them look Ben up! More

Couldn't have had a more pleasant time with the entire process. Chris was helpful and patient (Which is saying a lot when dealing with my dad, who is deaf, and asks A LOT of questions) and friendly every single time we came in, whether it be to test drive or just get information. He guided us through the entire experience and made sure we left with exactly the car and package we wanted. Couldn't recommend the dealership or Chris Andreas enough. More

Chris Andreas helps elderly find the perfect fit. November 6-8th I had the task of helping my 84 year old parents find the perfect car for their handy capped needs. My father's ability to get in and out of a car depends on a car that sat up high enough for him to easily slide in and out. Chris Andreas, our sales rep, understood how physically tiring (and daunting) the process of car shopping can be on an 84 year old couple. I would call him in advance and Chris would have the make and models running and warmed up prior to my parents arrival. My parents were able to knock out their researched list of the best rated sadans for the elderly (by testing them for comfort and ease) quickly. It was helpful to see side by side comparisons for trunk space and over all asthetics. A wheelchair is in their future and the Ford Taurus Limited hands down beat all other models for trunk space and ease for getting in and out of the vehicle. Chris' preparedness made us want to keep coming back. Moreover, his patience in helping my parents learn about the new technology of the Ford Smart touch was crucial in closing the sale. My parents have never owned a computer so the women that went over the Navegatiion system and Ford Smart Touch gets an A+ patience too! Overall the experience was great and Chris continued to followup with our questions long after we closed the sale. He is only a phone call away and quick to get back with you! Top notch service all the way around! My parents are very pleased with the price and service. The Ford Taurus Limited Edition has made driving feel like a luxurious experience. This will be the last car they buy ....and Chris made this process into one of those cherished memories! More

Last year, I decided to get rid of my hand-me-down car and finally look at the Ford Fusion2014, which I fell in love with the very first time I saw a Last year, I decided to get rid of my hand-me-down car and finally look at the Ford Fusion2014, which I fell in love with the very first time I saw a commercial for it. Being on a very tight budget, I was concerned about my ability to financially afford a new car. Chris was extremely respectful of my budget and helped me figure out what features I could have while staying within my price range. He then very quickly completed his research and found the exact car I was looking for in a matter of days! I was a bit frazzled from all of the excitement of signing for my first lease, so when Chris walked me through how to use its features, it went in one ear and out the other. He was more than willing to meet with me multiple times to help me figure out how to sync my phone and figure out how to use all of the other great things the car can do. After one year into my lease, I would say my biggest regret was not getting a remote car starter. When I mentioned this to him, he again went out of his way to help me find a way to get a remote starter that I was able to afford. He has consistently been helpful throughout the first year of my lease and I am extremely gratefull to have had Chris as my dealer. He goes above and beyond to assist me at any time, and is extremely reliable. I feel confident that not only did I make the right choice in a car, but have a great sales employee who I can depend on to assist me even through the next lease I get. I highly recommend requesting Chris if you are looking to buy or lease a car from Germain ford. He cares about his clients and won't et anybody sleep through the cracks. Thanks so much Chris! I would also like to mention that the free car washes and the service center to the right of the garage has also been very friendly and helpful during my oil changes and tune-ups. More
