Shopping for a new car There are very few activities that we dislike more than shopping for a new car, so we entered Germain Ford with an uneasy, but necessary feeling. We met Justin, who we grew to like in his role as salesman, because he was extremely knowledgeable about the various models that we wanted to check. There was no pressure nor rush for us to purchase a car and he took a great deal of time with us, covering every detail and never overlooking any question that we asked. Buying a new car was actually quite pleasant with Justin's assistance. I hope that we do not need another new car for many years, but if we do, we will return to Germain Ford and hope that Justin is still there to greet us. More
