Very Professional Operation OK, so I hate negotiating for a new car, especially with a trade-in that was quite valuable. One always wonders if you got the best deal. After firs OK, so I hate negotiating for a new car, especially with a trade-in that was quite valuable. One always wonders if you got the best deal. After first trying at another dealership and finding they did not have the model I wanted, tried to order it from another dealer, missed that date and generally fumbled the deal, I found what I wanted at Germain and they knew exactly how to get the deal done. There was not a lot of selling to do since I knew exactly what we wanted but Chris covered all the bases. This included a solid half hour going over all the bells & whistles - and there were a lot. Getting an old couple up to speed is not easy but he persevered and did a good job. Auto paperwork is way over the top which is why having someone that knows it well is key. Germain has that. Chris also followed up over the following weeks to make sure were mastering the new Escape and to answer any lingering questions. So, it turned out getting the lowest price is not necessarily the best deal. Being confident in one's dealer and his service department (which has been great for our Edge trade-in) has value. The quality of Germain's employees like Chris is top notch and I would not hesitate to recommend him to any potential buyer. More
