Run away from this place I have never really with a less professional repair shop. I took my car in for its 60000 mile maintenance and it was one screw up after another. I was told the car would be done the same day but it took 4 days to do basic work. At the end of the first day I received a call telling me my car needed brake pads and rotors and that it would be ready the next day. When I showed up at5 to pick up my car I was told that the parts didnt come in. I was annoyed that no one called me. Then they promised that it would be ready the next day so I let them keep it another day. When I showed up to pick up my car they tell me no parts agian. Still no call. I then check the work I asked them to fix some lose trim they installed wrong when the door latches were replace (another 4 day epic fail from this dealership). So I asked why they didn't fix the trim when they did the 60000 mile maintenance. The mechanic smirked and said they didn't get to it. In 3 day they didn't get to it. I take my car because I had a trip I wanted for. I start driving it down the freeway and the engine is missing. I stop at a restaurant an when I try to restart the car it barely restart and the engine light comes on. I call the dealership and no one is available from the service department. This is Saturday. I leave a message for the management. The first ally call me on Monday after noon. I make arrangements to get my car fixed on Thursday. I had also asked to have the drive belts replace and I want to have the old ones for emergency so I asked for the to be placed in the trunk. They finally get the car finished on Thursday so I go to pick it up and the are trying to over charge me. After 30 minutes correcting the bill I check my trunk for the belts and the had cut one in half. I also now have a noise coming from the drivers side when I go down the road. Not only will I never go to this dealership again I may never buy a Ford again. More

Take your money elsewhere, please!!! I would love to give Germain Ford no stars but unfortunately I had to give them at least one. I purchased a Ford Focus in 2014 and have had nothing bu I would love to give Germain Ford no stars but unfortunately I had to give them at least one. I purchased a Ford Focus in 2014 and have had nothing but issues with it in the 3 years I have had the vehicle. The clutch which is a known issue nationwide, has been fixed 5 times. No exaggeration 5 times. There has been a recall for the issue and an extended warranty but, the issue proceeds. Now that I am out of warranty, they are telling me I have to pay for the part even though this is a recurring issue for thousands across the country. Now, as of 3 days ago, I am having issues with the radio making a LOUD screeching, popping, crackling sound. I called twice, leaving 2 voicemails and no returned phone calls. I gave corporate a call and proceeded with a complaint against Germain. I suggest anyone who has an issue in the future with this office to do the same so we can finally get a Ford Dealer we can rely on. I will not be paying for either issue because of the non-stop issues I have had that are beyond consistent. I recommend if anyone from Germain and even customers read the petitions and court documents against not only this car, but the company as whole. More
Worst service department I have ever dealt with. I had my car towed there (not by choice, but because it was the closest dealership) when I got a flat tire due to a road hazard. I have a certified pre-owned Ford Fusion, so the tow was covered, but not the repair, which was totally acceptable to me. My car was left there by the tow driver and I was not contacted at all. I had to call them to tell them that my car was there and what needed repaired. The original service rep who answered my call was rude and not helpful at all. He basically cut me off and transferred me to a service advisor who did not answer, so I left a voicemail. Long story short they put a "new" tire on (it didn't look new to me) and sent me on my way after paying about $180. The tire has had a slow leak ever since they put it on and is now completely unable to hold air! I am a home healthcare provider so I really rely on my car being in working order, and so do my patients. It was a huge inconvenience to have a second flat tire and be asked to drive all the way across town to leave it there again to have the tire repaired/replaced! More
Excellent service I had been shopping around for a new set of tires for my truck. I tried all the discount and tire specific shops. I thought I would stop by and get a quote from Germain, since price information is not available on Ford or Germain's websites. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the Goodyears I was looking for were actually $25/ tire cheaper at Germain. Making it a no-brainer to have my Ford truck serviced by the people that know it best. Quicklane service had me in and out in no time. More

I saw the car on their website and requested info, Ralph contacted me within the hour and had me come in the very next day! He went above and beyond for me, truly. He fought to get time the best rates and even worked with me on the price to get my payments where they needed to be. He was also very conscious of my time. Over all, this was the BEST car buying experience I've had and they are so friendly and flexible here. Will recommend Ralph and this dealership to everyone and anyone I know. definitely one happy customer. More
