Take your money elsewhere, please!!! I would love to give Germain Ford no stars but unfortunately I had to give them at least one. I purchased a Ford Focus in 2014 and have had nothing bu I would love to give Germain Ford no stars but unfortunately I had to give them at least one. I purchased a Ford Focus in 2014 and have had nothing but issues with it in the 3 years I have had the vehicle. The clutch which is a known issue nationwide, has been fixed 5 times. No exaggeration 5 times. There has been a recall for the issue and an extended warranty but, the issue proceeds. Now that I am out of warranty, they are telling me I have to pay for the part even though this is a recurring issue for thousands across the country. Now, as of 3 days ago, I am having issues with the radio making a LOUD screeching, popping, crackling sound. I called twice, leaving 2 voicemails and no returned phone calls. I gave corporate a call and proceeded with a complaint against Germain. I suggest anyone who has an issue in the future with this office to do the same so we can finally get a Ford Dealer we can rely on. I will not be paying for either issue because of the non-stop issues I have had that are beyond consistent. I recommend if anyone from Germain and even customers read the petitions and court documents against not only this car, but the company as whole. More

Worst service department I have ever dealt with. I had my car towed there (not by choice, but because it was the closest dealership) when I got a flat tire due to a road hazard. I have a certified pre-owned Ford Fusion, so the tow was covered, but not the repair, which was totally acceptable to me. My car was left there by the tow driver and I was not contacted at all. I had to call them to tell them that my car was there and what needed repaired. The original service rep who answered my call was rude and not helpful at all. He basically cut me off and transferred me to a service advisor who did not answer, so I left a voicemail. Long story short they put a "new" tire on (it didn't look new to me) and sent me on my way after paying about $180. The tire has had a slow leak ever since they put it on and is now completely unable to hold air! I am a home healthcare provider so I really rely on my car being in working order, and so do my patients. It was a huge inconvenience to have a second flat tire and be asked to drive all the way across town to leave it there again to have the tire repaired/replaced! More

I was pleasantly surprised to find that the Goodyears I was looking for were actually $25/ tire cheaper at Germain. Making it a no-brainer to have my Ford truck serviced by the people that know it best. Quicklane service had me in and out in no time. More

He fought to get time the best rates and even worked with me on the price to get my payments where they needed to be. He was also very conscious of my time. Over all, this was the BEST car buying experience I've had and they are so friendly and flexible here. Touch and go I found a used vehicle at Germain that suited my needs. The finance person offered me an after market service contract that he assured me I could cancel within a few days if I didn't like it after I had time to look it over. I agreed and it was added into the contract. HUGE MISTAKE. I cancelled it the next day because no one here would have anything to do with it, because it's not a dealer's warranty. What I didn't realize is that Germain Ford added the price of the finance agreement to the purchase price of the vehicle. This means I would be paying finance charges on the purchase price of the vehicle. I could not get any response from Germain Ford until I went through the BBB, and finally someone contacted me. They agreed to pay the purchase price of the service agreement on the principle of the loan, which was satisfactory. I only had to pay interest on one month and the additional fee for registration on the inflated purchase price of the vehicle. I would advise anyone NOT to sign up for an additional service agreement. I should have known better. Besides, cheap auto service agreements can be found anywhere. They advertise them on TV constantly. More
