After the general service Nick reviewed the requirements to address the engine light. It would take an additional 1 1/2 hours. I couldn't continue to wait so Nick drove me home while the vehicle stayed for repairs. You can't get better than this. Great person, great service. I would rwcommend Germain Ford for service. You can rest assured it will be done correctly. More
Had my car for nearly a month If I could give zero stars I would. Several months ago I took my 2016 Escape in for a water leak in the roof. Germain had it for 3 days (I didn't get a loaner) and when I got it back I thought the issue was resolved. On March 15 I noticed it was leaking again, so I took it back. I insisted on a loaner and it's a good thing I did because they ended up keeping my car for 9 days. Interestingly, when I would drive by after work my car was always sitting in the exact same spot... Even though they had my car for 9 days they didn't even clean the water stains off the headliner! Two days after I picked it up (and cleaned the water stains myself) I noticed water stains had reappeared after a brief shower. I was able to recreate the leak with a 12 ounce bottle of water poured on the roof, leading me to believe no one had tested it after supposedly fixing the leak. Trip 3 to Germain, and this time I spoke to the service manager, Brent Henthorne. He looked up my service from 2 days earlier (the one where they had my car for 9 days) and he confirmed they had worked on it for 1 day. One day out of nine. You would think they would have really been on top of my repair this time wouldn't you? Nope - they had my car for 2 full weeks! In the process of removing the roof rack to repair the leak they damaged the rail and had to order a new one. In the process of installing the new roof rack they cracked my windshield. In the process of either removing or replacing the roof rack they put 2 dents in my roof. I now have a car with a dented roof, and the new windshield vibrates when I drive into a headwind. TL/DR: Between March 15 and April 12 Germain had my car for 26 days and I got it back with more issues than it had when I dropped it off. More

2016 water pump went out..left with an oil leak I purchased a certified pre owned 2016 Ford Explorer from germain only to have NOTHING BUT ISSUES. This far: caliber has gone out, exhaust fumes wee I purchased a certified pre owned 2016 Ford Explorer from germain only to have NOTHING BUT ISSUES. This far: caliber has gone out, exhaust fumes wee leaking in the cabin which resulted in a new exhaust system, and the water pump has gone out The service department had my car for 3 days replacing the water pump on my 2016 Ford Explorer ( indicator was leaking coolant). I picked up my car yesterday where they walked me through the service they provided: replace the water pump, drain and replace the oil, replace coolant. Not even 24 hours later, the cabin of my car is filled with smoke as is my engine- oil leaking everywhere. What was supposed to be service has lead to something potentially catastrophic. No one is available to help, what a disaster. More

This is a ford vehicle at a ford dealership and I thought they wouldn’t rip me off to figure out the cause. I’ve had nothing, but bad experiences with this dealership. The first was when I had to jump through hoops and loops dealing with a recall. Save your money and time. Go elsewhere. More
Go to look, leave with a car I originally went to look at vehicles for a future purchase. This was the third stop of the day for us and while we were looking, Jerry just happened I originally went to look at vehicles for a future purchase. This was the third stop of the day for us and while we were looking, Jerry just happened to show up before we walked back to our car. Unlike the other dealership, he had a cheat sheet on him with the vehicle prices so we didn't have to run inside and he was pretty responsive to our requests. I did have to make him go inside a couple of times for a few keys, but he was more than willing to help. I became interested in a vehicle and the " looking" soon turned into purchasing. They were willing to work on the price to meet the payments I was looking for and gave me a fair price on my trade in. Overall, it was the best car buying experience I've had!! More

I was in and out within an hour and a half.I am very satisfied with the service I experience and with the Germain Ford dealership. I don't see myself going anywhere else to buy my next car. The service department is always excellent as well. Craig Burdon in the service department is such a great help when it comes to servicing my vehicle and he is always helpful and gives great customer service every time. More
