We have purchased a couple of vehicles in the past and this is by far the best experience we've had. We notified them of the vehicle that we were looking for (color included) and they quickly found us one this is by far the best experience we've had. Gosh where do I start my car was towed to Ford germaine on sawmill rd where THIS CAR WAS purchased the Ford escape 2017… I had AAA tell my car from the grocery store to Ford off of Sawmill Road for they t on sawmill rd where THIS CAR WAS purchased the Ford escape 2017… I had AAA tell my car from the grocery store to Ford off of Sawmill Road for they towed it they check the battery and gas and both were 100% OK after contacting MIKE B (YEP THE SAME HORRIFIC INDIVIDUAL THAT YOU WILL READ ABOUT IN THE SEVERAL OTHER POOR POOR RATINGS!” is one of the rudest, narcissist flat out thinks he’s all that when he constantly would talk over me FORD GERMAINE Please review the recorded messages between MIKE B AND ME!! After calling Mike on December 9 at 2 o’clock in the afternoon I simply asked him how’s my car I don’t know what car you’re talking about I simply inform to my car was towed there we’ve got nothing lady literally that’s what he told me we got nothing lady I said it’s a blue 2017 Ford escape we purchase it there I won’t start anymore and no it was not the battery or gas or anything Mike informed me that nobody’s there on the weekends that hoe call me on my name needs to say surprise no call on Monday… I caught him later on Monday and he gives me some insane story that is the battery without getting permission from me he put a new battery in and charge us $265 still no reason why the car doesn’t start now he’s trying to blame me that’s my car key fine then let’s buy a new car key again today’s later no hear from good old Mike just like the previous individual mentioned I’m a single female with only one car I do not live on a bus line I got no transportation they would not give me a loaner the guy wouldn’t even talk to me he kept give me some song and dance about all this doesn’t work that doesn’t work well then freaking fix it but surprise Mike goes MIA and apparently there’s only one technician that works in the whole entire Ford dealership and he’s not around he’s only in for one to two days out of the week and there are other cars in front of mine again I remind him it’s Christmas how am I supposed to get to work how am I supposed to buy Christmas presents how much supposed to ship Christmas presents to my daughter in Denver Colorado if I don’t have a car. Well surprise surprise surprise on December 16, 2022 Yep on a Friday right before he’s ready to leave at 4 o’clock in the afternoon Mike leaves a voicemail informing me that it’s gonna cost $2300 to fix this car but yet he still will not replace the recalled part on a 2017 Ford escape that deals with the transmission because Mike knows all so do I have her who reads this please please run away stay away from forwarded your name I’m going to go global on social media regarding all of this cause today is now December 19 yep six days before Christmas and yet I still have no car even though Mike isn’t sure that’s exactly what the problem is maybe you need another key I guarantee your keys on $2300 scam con artist this guy needs to be fired I actually have met to Germaine Brothers at a fundraiser at Easton so I’ll see how I can figure out how to contact a member of the Germaine family!! Just to give you an update I still have no car can’t go Christmas shopping haven’t left my house unless I take an Uber and yes just like the previous lady lost my job because they don’t believe that a dealership can actually not know what’s going on for two weeks… completely regret ever paying cash for the Ford Escape Off is sawmill rd!! I took my 2018 Ford Focus to Germain Ford for service I worked with Mike Busch. My vehicle was there from March 7th to May 13th. I did not receive a loaner car until April 26th. In the meantime I lost my job due to having no transportation I called weekly to let them know I need a vehicle or was going to loose my job they didn’t seem to care. Then come May 12th I get a phone call saying I have to pay over 300 for a new battery I shouldn’t have to pay for a new battery when my vehicle sat there since March because your company was waiting on parts it’s ridiculous. No wonder the battery didn’t work it sat for over two months! Just very sad and when I went in to pick up my car I wanted to speak to the service manager however he would not come out of his office to speak with me he had the cashier let me know if I didn’t want to pay I can leave my car there and walk home and come back Monday. So terrible how they treat people ! More

We made an appointment for our van that we use daily - appointment was for 0830 on a Tuesday morning, by 1630 they s Worst service experience ever. We made an appointment for our van that we use daily - appointment was for 0830 on a Tuesday morning, by 1630 they still had not looked at the vehicle - because they had too many walk in oil changes or tire rotations that day. We made an appointment so the van would get prioritized, they literally didn’t care what we used the vehicle for. Day over day the service advisor Erica was horrible, she avoided calls from us for daily updates, she also would not call back when she said she would. The van was in the shop for a week - subtracting a day for the holiday. The van went in for an air bag light on and every time we talked to Erica she told us we could come pick it up (still broken) or leave it for them to continue to “work on it”. It took calling to ask to speak with the service manager to prioritize getting the work done…and the best part is he never bothered to call back. We finally were told the van was ready for pick up, we called and my husband was on hold and kept cycling around the hold system. When the guy finally answered the phone he say “I seen you called 9 times” and when my husband said excuse me no, I’ve been on hold he days well you rang in three times, it’s rude to tell me that when I’ve been on hold the entire time. He then proceeded to tell my husband they are short staffed, he is there alone and he really shouldn’t have to be alone…um?! Then - we went to pick it up - my husband paid, then got in to drive it home and the driver side seat belt was not connected?!? The second issue was wind noise from the passenger side window at HIGHWAY speed - was on the work order. When we picked up the van the service advisor (Erica) indicated they didn’t hear the noise when they drove it around the parking lot - NO KIDDING - it happens at highway speed. She says - oops we dropped the ball on that - do you want to bring it back?? Nope. I get COVID, I get staffing challenges…all I’m looking for is some proactive customer service. If you can’t service a vehicle - don’t make an appointment. If you make an appointment and can’t honor it - cancel it. Call back when you say you will, honor appointments or don’t make them. We used to bring vehicles here (F350 truck, Flex) all the time - the service advisor we used is gone…never again More
Probably the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership in regards to service. My BRAND new Ford Explorer started to throw a Power Train Malfunction light, but it was intermittent, it wouldn't t dealership in regards to service. My BRAND new Ford Explorer started to throw a Power Train Malfunction light, but it was intermittent, it wouldn't throw it every single day. I had proof and they were even able to pull up the codes the car threw. It said "Lost Communication with Seat Control Module "H", and Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch "D" Circuit Low". They knew the codes. I brought it in on a Wednesday with the light on, they wouldn't look at it, told me to bring it back on Friday to drop it off. I brought it in on Friday morning at 9am. They called me the next day just to tell me that they couldn't get to it till Monday. Fine, they also didn't have any loaners, so now I have to use my fiances car to go to work and she has to work from home. Monday comes around and I only get a text saying, "Vehicle is not currently acting up, we will continue to keep trying tomorrow". Fine, the end of the day Tuesday, I go into the dealership to see what's going on. Turns out they didn't even look at the car at all on Tuesday and actually deliberately decided to NOT work on it and move it to the parking lot. So I decided to take it home and find another dealership. Easily worst experience of my life. More

Don’t take your vehicle here not even for an oil change. After three months of having my vehicle they are finally ready to give it back with a possible electrical issue. I was not having before they had it sit for three months. Because they have so many engine issue (30 in front of mine according to the terribly rude service technician) no loaners where available. When they did get one I had to find my own ride to get it. After having a loaner for four days I had to take it back. This has to be the worst dealership to deal with in central Ohio. There is so much more over these last three months but I don’t want to ramble to much. More

Bought a vehicle from them, paid top dollar and took the car to a competitor 4 days later and traded for the same vehicle and got a better deal with an upgrade in the vehicle. The service department dropped the ball multiple times due to poor communication, poor training and lack of leadership. I purchased a new 2020 Escape in September of 2020. This car was a lemon . Within 5 months , I had leaking rear shocks , brake issues , a broken driver side door and an auto hatchback that hit me in the head multiple times. When I told them about the hatchback being a safety issue they didn’t seem to care and basically said it was my fault . I finally got my car back at the end of September and I still have issues . I emailed Rick my concerns and he had his CFO call me but was unwilling to offer any compensation . As a result of this experience I will never buy a Ford again . More
