I have owned a Ford for about the last 5 years. Germain Ford on Sawmill has always been my choice of dealerships to take my vehicle to for service even though I live closer to a different Ford deal Germain Ford on Sawmill has always been my choice of dealerships to take my vehicle to for service even though I live closer to a different Ford dealership. Germain Ford is truly the best and have earned my continued support. My most recent visit was due to an oil leak so I scheduled a visit. They were kind enough to pick my vehicle up from my home through their valet service. The needed repairs ended up being a lot more than I anticipated so I planned to go somewhere else for a lower price. Well, in order to keep my business, my service rep, Zak, agreed to discount the price because he knew that I needed to save as much money as possible. When I went in to pick up my vehicle, he had approved much more of a discount than I expected. I was so grateful and told him that, I'm never going anywhere else to get my vehicle serviced! Thank you Zak, thank you Germain Ford. Your service and care for your customers is top notch! If you own a Ford and live in the Columbus area, take it to Germain Ford on Sawmill Rd. Was turned away by a local competing Ford dealership today and who I have had my Fords serviced for over 20 years. I had been wondering how I would be treated at Germain so I decided to try them. I was pleasantly surprised as I was treated very professionally and was assured that they would be able to satisfy my request in about two hours. Even when I was informed that new rear brakes were needed (which I had a feeling were due), it took them less than three hours to get me fixed up. Thank you Quick Lube guys.
