I have always loved this dealership! !! I was upset that I got charged for having to pay $125.00 on a Ford recall diagnostics!!! I found out that it’s up to the dealer to charge you !!! W !! I have bought I think four cars , truck from them. Aren’t I considering a loyal customer??? I take my car only to them for my oil changes or any other thing. New tires, windshield washer blades etc. Plus my passenger seat switch trim had to be replaced !!! No one hardly sits on that side. They said it can be from someone sliding out not lifting themselves up when they get out of the car ! I think this was a bad part made from Ford !!! I thought they had said drivers side which is still ridiculous for a car only three years old. Do I love my dealership, yes but getting charged for diagnostic for something Ford recalled is horrible. More

I scheduled a service appointment for Saturday, July 29th at 10 AM to have the transmission fluid and filter changed as well as the gas filter. Upon my arrival I was informed that they generally don't change at 10 AM to have the transmission fluid and filter changed as well as the gas filter. Upon my arrival I was informed that they generally don't change the fuel filter unless the fuel pump, etc. goes out. That was fine with me, I asked them then if they could replace my spark plugs and they agreed. The lady who checked me in advised me that it would take about an hour. That seemed optimistic to me, but I thought perhaps they had someone dedicated to transmissions/fluid changes and they weren't busy or something. In any event, at 12:42 PM, (almost 4 hours later) the guy told me he was close to being done. At 1:40 PM (almost 5 hours later) I was told that it would be about another 20 minutes. I was actually able to leave at 2:13 PM....That is 5 hours and 13 minutes after I arrived. Ford employees set an expectation as to when I'd get my truck back several times during my service visit and they failed miserably on each of those occasions. I appreciate that they're open on Saturdays, but they need to be more realistic with respect of time management. My wife could have followed me up there (I drove about 28 miles to get there) and she and I could have done some running around in the area, even gone to the zoo, had they been more realistic with how long this would take. My other complaint...it was $425 and change for a spark plug change...that is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard of, it's highway robbery. I suspect this process took so long so that they can charge excessively for labor. Ridiculous. More
The concierge service was so very nice. Not having to wait in a lounge for hours was very convenient. My car was finished and back at my house 15 minutes after my original appointment.
