Most people today will not own up to their mistakes. My opinion of Him has changed. I believe that when you own up to mistakes this is a very trustworthy person. Fantastic Sales Ninja! DJ was fantastic! We came in 30 minutes before closing after being at 3 other dealers that night. DJ was happy to help and found us a vehicle that che DJ was fantastic! It was a fresh trade in that was off site for cleaning. He called me the next day as soon as it was back on the lot and even sent me a walk around video. He was fantastic with our kids, having some little toys for them to play with and making sure the tv in the waiting area was on a channel appropriate for them. Overall a great experience and hopefully DJ is there when we are in need of a car again! More

Justin Jones my salesman let me eyeball the new Escapes for several minutes before he appoached,long enough for me to kinda zero in on vehicle but not long enough for it to seem like he was ignoring my presence.Justin was friendly and down to earth and didn't push me. We chatted and after a copy of my driver's license was made we were off for a test drive.We discussed several financing methods and I decided I didn't need to visit another dealership.Financing was relatively quick and painless(except working for the bank again).I would totally recommend Justin as a salesman and if I buy another Ford it will probally be from Justin and Germain Ford. More
