Justin and Germain Ford go above and beyond normal customer service and honesty. At delivery of the Explorer we were introduced some of the people we may be dealing with in the future. Everyone we met took time to say hello with a smile. Justin would not let us leave until we were made familiar with the workings of the new car, made necessary by our trading in a much older one.
