The explanation i got from the finance guy was that it was a standard fee. i asked for a further explanation, and was not provided with one. i also found a $1000 discrepancy in the car price on the closing day. if I had not had the original documentation of the agreed upon price, i would have been overcharged. These experiences left me with a bad taste in my mouth with Germain BMW of Naples. My sales person Jim McGinn should have been more involved in the closing to make sure that all the numbers were correct. More

Jim McGinn was with us all the way, helping us choose options using the packages and individual options efficiently without paying for what we did not want. When the car came in on time Jim spent an hour and a half with us and he really knew the car from electronics to practical details about the car in general. This was a great buying experience and when my lease comes up I will be back. I highly recommend Germain but mainly because that is where Jim McGinn works! More

When thinking about a car, a friend told me he just dealt with the only car salesman he ever liked, Jim McGinn. Because of the way I was treated at the Fort Myers dealership, it wasn't an option for me to buy my car from them. For my next car, I will go back to Jim. More
