We have had three BMWs from Germain in the past and have known of Mr. McGinn for many years. Yet, this time we dropped by the show room and asked him to help us locate what we wanted. Mr. Jim McGinn helped us purchase a used '08 BMW convertible that was exactly what we had been looking for. We found it on your website before Jim even knew it was on the used car lot across the street. We arranged a test drive for that day and purchased it with a trade in. We drove away in our new car that same evening and have enjoyed it ever since. The experience was very satisfying and we have called on him to help us look for another BMW, '08 Series 535. We are hoping to get lucky again. Jim is a very nice person and good salesman. He is anxious to help answer questions and knows how to get things done. It truly was/is comforting to be able to talk honestly with a knowledgeable person when making an expensive purchase. Jim is unique in that he listens to what you say and want. He keeps track of his progress with your request and then gets back to you when he has an idea or information. Sure it's his job but he always has a smile and appropriately handles his customers. In fact he goes out of his way to make buying a car pleasurable. A happy customer is a repeat customer. Thanks for asking. More

There had already been several BMWs in the Reddish Family, and these vehicles had always provided happy driving, good service, and outstanding safety. Consequently, we arrived at Germain knowing the brand we wanted - just not sure of which model. My son, Paul, and I had previously used Jim McGinn at this BMW so we headed straight to his office again. As before, Jim's office was clean and uncluttered and his warm and pleasant demeanor makes one comfortable immediately. He is a bright, confident young man and knows BMW inside and out. Every question we had, Jim answered quickly - always with related paper or picture info as substantiation. On several occasions when we asked Jim for his personal opinion in regard to the BMW we were considering, we felt he spoke truthfully and without bias, and we respected his opinion. Never once did we feel pressured to make up our minds or to hurry along to make time for the next customer. We had all Jim's attention from start to finish, and when we left the premises, we felt we had met with an old friend, had been treated fairly and respectfully, and made a good deal on a BMW we loved. Jim McGinn sold me a GREAT CAR. Bad for him, good for me. I am still driving my 2005 BMW 7 series. He could not have sold me a better car. They have a loaner car available for me to drive, thus making my day simple and uninterrupted. I have had to put almost any money into the car as my orinal warranty and now my extended warranty and service plans cover all those expenses from normal wear and tear. More

He is also helpful in helping us select the appropriate options for us. Bill, the Service Manager is as good as it gets. I feel like he rolls out the red carpet whenever we come in and always extends himself. All the way around it is an excellent experience and deserves loyalty. More
We have been looking for a new car for now over 1 year and have test drived many different cars, Mercedes, Audi, Lexus and many more and always still felt that the BMW was the better car. My wife and myself have been to Germain BMW several times to discuss a purchase/lease and to test drive different models and each time was treated with both a professional & curtesy manner. I am person with a thousand questions and each one was answered without any problem. As far as my wife and I are concerned Germain BMW of Naples and especially Jim McGinn should be commended for their outstanding professionalism with dealing with each customer as if they were family. If all BMW service centers were this bad BMW would go out of business. These are the most obnoxious and non-customer friendly people my wife and I have ever encountered. Save yourself the headache and go elswhere unless poor treatment and getting your car back in worse shape than you brought it in sound appealing.<br>We never went back, and after switching dealers we realized just how bad they really are and at lease end we turned in the car to another dealer as well.<br>My statement here is actually toned down as my disgust with them would require harsher language to portray properly.
