I didn't even get out of my car and they were checking me in, extremely efficient and makes me feel like Germain truly values my time. Dan (he works only in service as a greeter/porter has only been their 2 weeks, he was fantastic: friendly, efficient, professional and wanting to make sure I was pleased) Germain's service department forgot to provide me with a loaner vehicle (honestly I could care less), however they immediately offered me a ride in the shuttle and left immediately and profusely apologized for the inconvenience. That's stellar service, making the client feel valued. Also, Brian Meyer in the service department is phenominal, he goes above and beyond expectations to make things happen. I purchased new tires they were supposed to be Continental, but by mistake they put on Bridgestone's. When I called and asked, Brian stated we will order brand new Continental's and put them on the car at no extra charge. I know there was a difference in the price of these tires, but Brian truly understands and values Germain's clients! I want to also thank all of the people behind the scenes that make things happen that we don't see on the 'frontline'. Germain BMW provides a STELLAR experience and EVERY SINGLE employee I have encountered/asked says they love their job. They are always smiling, friendly, polite, professional and service oriented. They truly make servicing your car a remarkable experience. The ipod cable wire was causing static in the stereo, BMW of Fort Myers tried to charge me $75 for a new one, Germain replaced it at no cost, and were happy to do it! Thank you Germain BMW staff, I look forward to my next visit! More
