We drove over 100 miles each way to get the car at Germain BMW. Initally it was because of the better price (about $50 less a month on the lease vs local dealer), but will go back because of the ease Germain BMW. We were not even planning on trading in our old car there, but selling it on our own. They offered such a such a good price for it, we wound up leaving our old car there. We have had 14 cars in the last 16 years, and this is the only time I was ever happy enough with the trade in price that I actually did it. Jim McGinn took a picture of me in both my new cars and I still have them. Such a nice touch. I have not ever had to have anything done other than regular service and Germain is very accommodating.
