I purchased a pre-owned vehicle at first. After driving out of the dealership, the engine light went on after about 24 hours. The car was thouroghly evaluated and the problem did not surface for about one out of the dealership, the engine light went on after about 24 hours. The car was thouroghly evaluated and the problem did not surface for about one week. Unfortunately, there was major trouble that was completely covered by the warrantee. I was very dissappointed that it would take up to two weeks to repair. My confidence in that particular vehicle declined and I would be very nervous to drive. I worked with the dealer and manager and they were able to put me in a 2011 vehicle (at the expected higher price of course). I have been completely satisfied with the way this unfortunate circumstance was handled. They have my business and future business to come. I higly recommend this professional store! Mark More

I was very happy with the final price I paid for my 2011 M3 Sedan and the sales staff was always very helpful, friendly and professional. As a long time auto enthusiast I was pleasantly surprised by the technical knowledge of all the sales staff I met with during my buying experience. Larry Oblinger helped Sean Ortz close the deal in a proficient manner. Obviously, both gentlemen understood the buyer's mind and, thank God, neither acted as the proverbial car salesman in a Sunday pap proficient manner. Sean Ortz was very caring in teaching about the tricky multimedia stuff and helped with all settings involving my and my wife's cell phones. He showed us all the features of the car and made us feel comfortable about coming back for more instructions, if necessary. The business manager had gone through the financing in an uncomplicated matter and all the paper work was ready for signatures upon Sean having finished his instructions. From start to finish the whole purchase process took about 2 1/2 hours ... which isn't bad. At the end, the General Manager came over and thanked us for the business More

She was very thorough in explaining everything to me and helping me to make the best decision. Not only did she help me in purchasing the car that day, she also followed up with me very promptly afterwards. I would recommend Germain BMW to any of my friends or family. Not only is the buying experience a positive one, but the follow-up and service work is excellent as well. Not to mention the way a BMW drives and looks on the highway.
