I purchased a pre-owned vehicle at first. After driving out of the dealership, the engine light went on after about 24 hours. The car was thouroghly evaluated and the problem did not surface for about one out of the dealership, the engine light went on after about 24 hours. The car was thouroghly evaluated and the problem did not surface for about one week. Unfortunately, there was major trouble that was completely covered by the warrantee. I was very dissappointed that it would take up to two weeks to repair. My confidence in that particular vehicle declined and I would be very nervous to drive. I worked with the dealer and manager and they were able to put me in a 2011 vehicle (at the expected higher price of course). I have been completely satisfied with the way this unfortunate circumstance was handled. They have my business and future business to come. I higly recommend this professional store! Mark More

He showed us all the features of the car and made us feel comfortable about coming back for more instructions, if necessary. The business manager had gone through the financing in an uncomplicated matter and all the paper work was ready for signatures upon Sean having finished his instructions. Not only is the buying experience a positive one, but the follow-up and service work is excellent as well. Not to mention the way a BMW drives and looks on the highway.
