i am a new customer to bmw and specifically germain bmw. 7 of my last 10 cars have been mercedes. my decision to consider switching to bmw was based on the declining performance and service i have experien 7 of my last 10 cars have been mercedes. my decision to consider switching to bmw was based on the declining performance and service i have experienced with mercedes accompanied by the compelling maintenance program offerred by bmw. i was extremely impressed with the performance of the 650i convertible i ultimately purchased, but more importantly was very please with the professional, respectful and knowledgeable members of the bmw team. mark noger, who was our sales consultant, not only impressed me with his knowledge, but exceeded all my pre and post sale expectations with his professionalism and attention to detail. the entire team was not only knowlegeable, but they were also sensitive and very accomodating to my difficult schedule, spending time well past closing hours both during the selling and the delivery process. without execption, my experience with germain bmw has been the most professional, efficient and courtesous experience i have ever had purchasing a vehicle.
