i am a new customer to bmw and specifically germain bmw. 7 of my last 10 cars have been mercedes. my decision to consider switching to bmw was based on the declining performance and service i have experien 7 of my last 10 cars have been mercedes. my decision to consider switching to bmw was based on the declining performance and service i have experienced with mercedes accompanied by the compelling maintenance program offerred by bmw. i was extremely impressed with the performance of the 650i convertible i ultimately purchased, but more importantly was very please with the professional, respectful and knowledgeable members of the bmw team. mark noger, who was our sales consultant, not only impressed me with his knowledge, but exceeded all my pre and post sale expectations with his professionalism and attention to detail. the entire team was not only knowlegeable, but they were also sensitive and very accomodating to my difficult schedule, spending time well past closing hours both during the selling and the delivery process. without execption, my experience with germain bmw has been the most professional, efficient and courtesous experience i have ever had purchasing a vehicle. THe entire team at the dealership, from the receptionist at the front door to my sales representative, Jim McGinn, who by pleasant and informative. Jim answered any questions or concerns my wife and I had and made us feel like we were friends conversing instead of that unpleasant sales pressure that we all have had felt in past times. On a subsequent visit I received a tour of the facility and met other team members, all of which Germain can be proud of. On the day of delivery, Jim spent much time with me explaining all the details of the auto and was always there to answer any later questions. Both Germain BMW and Jim McGinn will receive our highest recommendation. More

Even on my inital visit, when I was simply "in the market" and not willing to buy, they were both willing to stay after hours to discuss the vehicle in depth. When I returned I was greeted by name and treated like family. I cannot imagine a better car buying scenario. I will certainly plan to return to this dealership and this sales team for all of my future purchases. All this and I didn't even mention how great my new car is!! More

All of the people I listed bent over backwards to make sure we got the car we wanted, and that we knew the product well. Steve Williams spent days with me making sure I was comfortable with all the cars, and his knowledge is remarkable. Larry Oblinger (sales manager) treated us with the upmost respect, and made us feel at home! Steve went on vacation, so the sales team went to work to make sure we felt right at home, and never missed a beat! All and all, we had a very nice experience with a seriously professional team! More
