I was most impressed with the quality of these pre-owned BMW's being offered. The car I bought may be 3 years old on paper but it looks and FEELS absolutely brand new. As a current and prior BMW owner I know what to expect in the craftsmanship of these vehicles, but most importantly, this transaction exceeded my expectations. The sales rep, sales manager and finance agent all treated me with the highest level of respect and professionalism. Tony Cannavino gave us a friendly greeting as when we walked into the dealership. We were interested in a 1 series of 3 Series convertible, as a Christmas present for my wife, and Tony quickly showed us walked into the dealership. He answered all of our many questions which enabled us to make a decision on the model we wanted. Tony worked out a deal that enabled us to receive an end of year savings on lease financing cost. We had specific options that we wanted, and Tony arranged for a car to be put on order with these options. Then, a few days later, he found a car with our options plus a couple more, and worked out a deal for this car to be delivered at the same price before Christmas. On the delivery date, Tony spent over an hour with us explaining the features of the car until my wife was comfortable with all the options and technology that the car had to offer.
