We visited Germain BMW late on a Friday afternoon. Although the dealership was scheduled to close at 6 pm, our Client Advisor, Walt Rawson, took the time to review cars and options available to us. After a comprehensive test drive, we decided on a beautiful 2011 328i. Walt and the rest of the team at Germain BMW stayed after hours to put together an attractive lease deal for our vehicle. The next morning we arrived on a tight schedule with various other Saturday activities planned. Walt had our paperwork waiting and within an hour we had signed our lease agreement with the finance manager, reviewed the features of our new car, and were on our way in our freshly detailed car. I want to commend Walt Rawson and everyone at Germain BMW for their work on our lease purchase. Not only were the terms of our lease extremely competitive, but the entire transaction was handled with professionalism, integrity and efficiency making for a very pleasurable car buying experience.
