Jim knew that we were looking to upgrade our 2007 Z4 so when this amazing yellow one came in he called us and said to come and take a look - he went through all the details of the car, he organised a quote when this amazing yellow one came in he called us and said to come and take a look - he went through all the details of the car, he organised a quote for trading in the 2007 Z4, he was very made sure that the radar detector was installed for us and the paint/upholstery protection was adminstered in time for us to collect the sparkling new car. When we arrived to collect the car Jim had arranged for a ribbon to be on the bonnet as he knew that the car was a gift for our impending wedding and my birthday - this we believe is going above and beyond selling the vehicle.
