Our purchase experience with Tony Cannavino at Germain BMW was excellent. With his in depth knowledge of the model we were interested in, as well as the the various available options he made our selection BMW was excellent. Peter Martin sold me a newer BMW and traded in my old one. He was professional, friendly, sincere and knowledgeable. The transaction went smoothly. Some service was required on the new car, and while the service department could not do the work for several days, and could not provide a loaner, Peter offered his car for the day. I found your service reception/cashier desk is hit and miss -- often no one there. Perhaps because of the setup, the receptionist does not engage people who walk in and need attention. I also do not feel they are warm and friendly. The customer must wait till noticed, or track someone down. It is awkward and cold. Getting a loaner for car service is always at least 2 weeks away. This is unnaceptable! Especially during season, more loaners should be ready. My BMW dealer up north works with a car rental company (Enterprise) who always provides extra cars on site. Perhaps this could be considered during season. I have gone elsewhere for service at times because of this. More

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership in 2009 and had a superior experience. But did not know if they were going to be able to help me this time. Last year I purchased a 2007 certified 335i. I told Peter that I might be in the market for an X drive car in the spring of 2011 if the car was enjoyable. So for the past few weeks I have been discussing a u that I might be in the market for an X drive car in the spring of 2011 if the car was enjoyable. So for the past few weeks I have been discussing a used X5 with Peter but I hadn't made up my mind. I stopped by at the dealership two weeks ago and the exact car I was looking for was in the showroom.......a 535i with Xdrive. It had more options than if I would have ordered, but it was the car I wanted. I called Peter from out of town and we made the deal. I would be remiss if I didn't mention Bryan my service manager. He is outstanding, and also a reason for my second purchase. I also commented to Peter that perhaps next year an X3 might be in the cards. The new one is nice, and my wife likes it. BTW, your new policy of 2 car washes per month stinks. I am only in Naples 3-4 months per year and I had been bringing my car in almost every week while here. You might want to reconsider the new policy. More
My experience at Germain BMW started out great. The salesperson was excellent in providing information about the product, including test driving the vehicle. However there was a slight lapse with scheduling a meeting with the dealer the following day. The salesperson had called in sick but failed to informed the dealership to call and reschedule. Also, the dealer was not clear on when I would receive the check for my trade-in. Also, I had to ask for copies of documents that I signed. I received these the following week. Overall, I feel the dealership is an excellent choice and hopefully those items mentioned will be address for future buyers. I made an appointment to have the vehicle properly detailed which the dealer performed to perfection! Overall I am satisfied with this dealership. More
