When I became interested in accquiring a new BMW I chose Germain BMW in Naples. My first call went to Mr Jason Johnson who was very helpful in scheduling an appointment to discuss leasing a new BMW. Jason scheduled a test drive in a new 328I Convertible that was currently available. The test drive went very well and Jason explained the capabilities and features available on the vehicle as well as other features and options available on the 325I convertible. Germain did not have the exact car we wanted in stock. but were able to locate one very close to the one we were looking for and they had the car shipped to Germain. Jason was extremly helpful and we could not have asked for a more plesant and helpful Sales Representative. Jason several times to provide updates on all appointments and scheduling of the delivery. Jason even called the day after we took the delivery to see if everthing was ok. We were very pleased with the complete process and are thankful that Jason was our Sales Representative. We will look forward to seeing Jason when we return to the Germain dealership for any reason.
