My husband and I visited Germain BMW of Naples to decide if we were going to return to BMW after having left to another car brand. Our salesman Rick introduced himself and the dealership to us. After our test drive our minds were made up. Rick and his team did all the leasing work, as well as the trade in details for us. Only to be followed by the BEST detailed car delivery EVER. Rick was very patient as I am a very detailed oriented and wanted to know everything about the computer system before I left with the car. Following delivery our salesman Rick promptly called me back as I had a question about the trunk lock some several days later after the delivery while I was out driving. John was the ultimate professional. No hassle, extremely knowledgeable about the product, no urgency that you had to make a decision before he would let you out of the showroom. After we had a test drive and agreed on the model, John made it easy to manuever through the paper work. After the sale was made, I informed him that this was a surprise birthday present for my wife. When I got her to the dealership (by telling her that we were going somewhere else and just pulled in), John met us in the parking lot and escorted us into the showroom. There in the middle of the floor was the car with the top down, a huge sign covering the windshield saying "HAPPY BIRTHDAY KAREN", several helium filled balloons floating over the car saying "HAPPY BIRTHDAY" and several other sales reps singing "HAPPY BIRTHDAY". I'd say that was going the extra mile. More
