The salesman was very friendly and helpful, he knew his product and was very informative. The sales manager was very courteous and appreciative of the business, the negotiations were easy and fast, and th product and was very informative. But the best thing occurred after I brought the car home. I noticed that the navigation/radio display had some splotches on the screen and stopped by the service department the next day to inquire. I was told the display was failing, needed to be replaced and wasn't covered by the certified warranty I received with the purchase. The cost was going to be about $1700. In addition, I had noticed for the first time that the car had the smell of a long time smoker, another thing I had failed to notice when I test drove the car. I told the salesman about the problems and his sales manager immediately called me and apologized. He assured me the dealership does not do business that way, that the failing display had not been noticed by the service department when they serviced the car and that they would replace the monitor at no cost to me and deodorize the car to my satisfaction. It was outstanding service and courtesy, and I would never hesitate to deal with this dealership again. More
