If one hates to get involved in a new car purchase due to the back and forth negotiations,involving the introduction of sales managers, etc.,this sales associate is for you. Of course he could not do business the way he does without the philosophy of the dealership itself, so the dealer is also held in very high regard. The conclusion one might come to, is that I'm not interested in trying to drive a hard bargain. Sure, any transaction is smooth and easy if price doesn't matter! That is not the case with me. I research what I intend to buy thoroughly and know going in what I am willing to pay. Then after the transaction, I confirm the result with my brother-in-law, who is the sales manager at a dealer in another state. On both purchases from Jim, my brother-in-law told me I slightly beat his best possible price on one and matched his rock bottom price on the other. He said I could not have done better, with the dealer making his smallest aceptable profit on both transactions. More

My husband and I visited Germain BMW of Naples to decide if we were going to return to BMW after having left to another car brand. Our salesman Rick introduced himself and the dealership to us. After our test drive our minds were made up. Rick and his team did all the leasing work, as well as the trade in details for us. Only to be followed by the BEST detailed car delivery EVER. Rick was very patient as I am a very detailed oriented and wanted to know everything about the computer system before I left with the car. Following delivery our salesman Rick promptly called me back as I had a question about the trunk lock some several days later after the delivery while I was out driving.
