Mary Alice was friendly, informed and professional throughout the sales process. She was also helpful in arranging for the service department to do some work on my "old" BMW that I subseqently sold to throughout the sales process. The only hitch, and it was a minor incovenience, was the amount of time it took to get the paperwork completed when I came to pick up the car, completing the sale.
