Dealing with Germaine BMW was a very pleasurable experience. Jeremy, our salesperson, was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. He was well prepared and very professional. (much appreciated because I am not too talented with this sort of thing!!) Victor Meola, in the service department, has been excellent, as well. He has taken care of our previous BMW and made such a great impression on us. Victor was our initial contact with Germaine and he is one of the main reasons we decided to lease a BMW from the dealership. He takes pride in his job and is great with customer relations! Chris Tuttle helped seal the deal on our 335 is. He is a real gentlemen and treats his customers with respect. His positive attitude and professionalism are an asset to the dealership.
