My review is from a "sight unseen internet purchase) Let's start with the positive: 1) good price 2) competetive financing % 3) friendly staff Now the negative: 1) price did not match what wa Let's start with the positive: 1) good price 2) competetive financing % 3) friendly staff Now the negative: 1) price did not match what was advertised on Auto Trader,multiple unknown fees increased contract price by several hundred dollars 2) car had strong tabacco smoke odor that was not revealed in the listing and will cost additional money to remove if it can be removed 3) drivers seat had damage that was not revealed in the ad that will cost additional money to repair if it can be repaired Knowing what I know now I would not have purchased the car from Germain BMW sight unseen. I've purchased more than 20 vehicles sight unseen for business and personal use and this transaction is close to the worst experience I've had and it was the highest investment I've made to date for a used vehicle. The staff was friendly enough but did not show integrity or build trust through the process. Purchasing on site may be a totally different experience. More

I was very pleased with the whole experience at Germain BMW. I was greeted immed. by Tracey with a smile each time I entered the dealership. There are still a couple "repairs" that must be made to my car, and they cannot be completed until next year when I get back to Naples (I live in Mpls, MN when not in Naples). I expect those items made to my car, and they cannot be completed until next year when I get back to Naples (I live in Mpls, MN when not in Naples). I expect those items will be completed satisfactorily but until that is done I don't feel I can say everything is "great". I don't think the price I paid was anything too out of the ordinary, but obviously I thought it was all right or I wouldn't have bought the car. More
