Kevin Brown was very personable and friendly. I never felt pressured into making a decision and he helped me select the right car for me. The service didn't stop after I signed on the dotted line. Kevin helped me to arrange to have the daytime running lights turned on, helped me to get my car windows tinted and provided information on shipping company's. Kevin replied to all my emails /phone calls in a prompt manner. The Germain BMW dealership in Naples is all about customer service. Every person I came in contact with was friendly and helpful! I also thought the lounge area with refreshments, WiFi, TV and massage chair was a nice touch! I highly recommend Kevin and Germain BMW. More
