The sales experience at Germain BMW was very pleasant, and Mike Brin, our salesman, was very knowledgeable about the car and answered all of our questions as he demonstrated the vehicle to us. We test dr and Mike Brin, our salesman, was very knowledgeable about the car and answered all of our questions as he demonstrated the vehicle to us. We test drove the car twice and both times Mike was very patinet in answering all of our questions and allowing us to test drive it as much as we wished. Once we purchased the car working with Mike and Chris Tuttle to agree upon a price, Mike was very helpful spending time to go over all of the vehicles operations, which are extensive, and getting the car into pristine condition. Overall I was very happy with the car buying experience, and Mike was very helpful in helping us get to know the car. Gary Busacca was also very accommodating as we went through the paperwork to title the new car, which he had to do twice since we wanted a joint title and he had originally done the paperwork for only myself. Chris proved to be "customer focused" and as such was a good listener. Something I find rare in sales people in general and rarer still in auto sales.
