My experience was outstanding at Germain BMW. I was greeted by all with smiles and friendly attitudes. Jeramy helped me from the start. He was knowledgeable, experienced, and easy going. Great experience. The showroom is attractive and functional. My husband and I leased two new automobiles. Chris Tuttle arranged for us to be paired with Steve Williams. I have been looking for "my" ideal car for six months!! One visit to Germain BMW and I purchased my car in one afternoon on my first visit! I was only planning to check out a car I saw advertised. I was warmly greeted by Kevin Browne who answered my questions & in no time I was behind the wheel taking Kevin for a joy ride. Being aware that it may not be there tomorrow, I knew I had to make a decision. Kevin took time to help me understand all the particulars. He was instrumental in obtaining an acceptable trade in offer from,oh how could I have forgotten his name, who was equally as friendly & understanding. I love "my ideal" car. Kevin was very tolerable in teaching me what every button did & how to manuever the GPS. Not only once---but twice! Kevin was knowedgeable and informative. I know that if I have any questions or problems,all I need to do is call Kevin. Do I rate my experience a 10?? NO, I would rate it an 11. Oh, and the chocolates are/were fantastic! More

Purchasing a new vehicle can be stressful enough, but buying it from 1200 miles away added a whole new dimension. Jim McGinn handled the entire transaction flawlessly! My review is from a "sight unseen internet purchase) Let's start with the positive: 1) good price 2) competetive financing % 3) friendly staff Now the negative: 1) price did not match what wa Let's start with the positive: 1) good price 2) competetive financing % 3) friendly staff Now the negative: 1) price did not match what was advertised on Auto Trader,multiple unknown fees increased contract price by several hundred dollars 2) car had strong tabacco smoke odor that was not revealed in the listing and will cost additional money to remove if it can be removed 3) drivers seat had damage that was not revealed in the ad that will cost additional money to repair if it can be repaired Knowing what I know now I would not have purchased the car from Germain BMW sight unseen. I've purchased more than 20 vehicles sight unseen for business and personal use and this transaction is close to the worst experience I've had and it was the highest investment I've made to date for a used vehicle. The staff was friendly enough but did not show integrity or build trust through the process. Purchasing on site may be a totally different experience. More
