The transition was easy from one salesman to the other, and I felt they communicated well with one another and both of us. Jason went through all the cars functions with us before leaving. I was looking for a new x1 but then was introduced to the loaner concept. With a specific set of requirements that I had , Jim worked with me and Germain's loaner fleet to match me up almost perfectly and at loaner concept. Mike was thoroughly professional with excellent knowledge of the full product range. I had no intention of entering into a new lease when my prior lease was ending, but Mike gave me a different perspective a of the full product range. I had no intention of entering into a new lease when my prior lease was ending, but Mike gave me a different perspective and helped me understand the pluses and minuses of my various lese-end options. This discussion led me to decide on a new car, rather than buying out my lease at the residual value. Mike helped very significantly in that decision too and I decided in favor of the 528i over the 535i (my lease return vehicle) due to its better fuel mileage, its lighter handling and the range of colors/options available. The fact that the 5 series now comes with fold down rear seats as standard made my choice much easier, since that is for me an essential feature. More

When I stopped at Germain BMW in Naples, Fl, Larry Brewer of there sales team stepped forward and introduced himself and asked if there was any particular BMW model I was interested. To make a long story short, I showed him the info I had obtained fro BMW's web site, including modal, equipment and colors. Larry checked their inventory and found they did not have the vehicle I was looking for, but he offered to see if he could find one. He called me later that day to tell me he found a car with the exact specifications I wanted.
